I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

In 2016 I weighed around 135lbs. I competed in the sport of judo and besides training for that, I had never really done much in the gym. I wanted to put on some size and add strength, but wasn't sure how to go about doing that. So I got a membership at 24 Hour Fitness and asked Jason if he could put together a diet and workout plan for me. In two years I went from 135lbs to 165lbs. My strength and lifts had increased dramatically and was the biggest I had ever been. As of today I am now 200lbs. Although I do not have Jason customizing my program, the vast majority of my workout routine is based on what he put in place for me and the knowledge of how to diet is the foundation for when I am bulking or cutting. When I weighed 135lbs, getting to 160 seemed like a goal that would never be reached, now at 200, Jason has given me the tools I need to reach any goal I set.

In 2017, I was about 276. I was at my heaviest and my self esteem was at it lowest. When I met Jason I was in the process of losing weight but he was the missing motivation I needed. Jason has taught me a healthier lifestyle of diet and the different foods I need to get the results I want. He's taught me different weight training exercises to help tone my body and build strength. I'm the strongest I've ever been in my life. Today I'm at 227. I still have a lot of fitness goals I want to reach and weight that I want to lose. But Jason has pushed me to do my best, motivates me when I'm down and makes me want to be a healthier person. Because of Jason I know I will achieve all of my fitness goals. I couldn't ask for a better trainer!
